Mass cheating in Atlanta, need for transparency

Atlanta teachers hosting parties to change incorrect answers to correct answers on standardized tests?

This is a great argument for increased transparency in the education system as well as reason to question and verify state released scores for standardized tests.

    Don't forget, we have had a recent cheating scandal right here in Perry County, Kentucky, where they messed with ACT and PLAN tests.

    And, it wasn't kids who did the 'messing.'
