Gov. Steve Beshear is a rich guy with a bunch of rich friends. Rather than fly across the state trying to raise taxes on everyone else, maybe he and his friends need one of these.

I don't know, is it really fair of us taxpayers, most I'm guessing live an entire year on about $30,000, to expect Kentucky's Governor to take one trip to Japan on less that $86,000. Maybe those "tax me more" liberals who have such trust in government wouldn't mind giving the Governor some more spending money for his trip. Maybe he'll bring them all back some nice Japanese crafts, lacquer ware, or kimonos.
