Despite taking the Libertarian Party candidate to court to try to get him thrown off the ballot, the Republican Party still has two opponents in November.
The ballot access issue is an interesting one. Here is a good take.

Negative Nannie Annie Northup did enough damage to Kentucky and the US economy when she was there. She was a lackey of Tom Delay and did whatever he told her.
Kentucky's 3CD had no effective representation until John Yarmuth (D-KY) was elected. Re-elect Yarmuth!
