"Thank you for flunking math"

Frankfort still looks busy in their effort to cut spending, but is not getting much more done than complaining and positioning for tax increases.

They are probably pretty grateful they have lottery revenues to throw around on lottery advertising (like this one below from today's Louisville Courier Journal) and an uneducated populace silly enough to willingly feed the monster their increasingly scarce dollars.

Counting all your fingers and toes doesn't begin to add up to the number of ways to lose with the Lottery, but chief among them are fat administrative fees and marketing costs.
