Challenge credentials of education task force members

Gov. Beshear just appointed a large task force to transform education in the state.

Before issuing their recommendations, each member of this group should provide complete transparency on their knowledge, experience and proven results in turning an education system around. After all, that's what they are charged with doing.

Terry Holliday, Ph.D., our new education commissioner, put his credentials on the table and they are truly impressive.

If appointed task force members can’t bring significant education turnaround accomplishments to the table and justify delaying everything for another 1 ½ years so they can talk, what is going on?

Let our new education commissioner do his job without another task force playing rope-a-dope with the future of Kentucky's kids.
