Lexington housing debacle: What property owners need to know.

Here is a basic run-down of some facts that may interest property owners in Fayette county...

• The LFUCG City Council is considering a change in the definition of the term "family" to prohibit any more than four unrelated individuals from living together.
• This applies to any zone in Lexington, not just the campus area.
• If there are 4 or more unrelated individuals living together the unit will be deemed a "lodging or boarding house".
