As usual, Waters is railing against the Constitution as are teabaggers.

Our founders intended good government, not limited government. Waters actually prefers more government interfering with free market. Waters supports prohibition. Prohibition is anti-free market. Adam Smith and Milton Friedman both opposed prohibition because it was the foe of free markets.

By switching to a proportional tax rate system, all taxes could be lowered. But Waters opposes that too because proportional connotes fairness. Fairness is the last thing Waters wants.

Waters is a feudalist and is only looking out for the lords of the manors. To hell with the serfs.

The founders believed that government (the use of power against people) was a necessary evil and that good government was limited government. That is why the Constitution grants the national government only very limited powers. Those limitations have been ignored in recent years, but they are still there. It would be very helpful if all Americans would read the Constitution and understand the political philosophy of our founders, which is as valid today as it was when our country was founded.

Milton Friedman also advocated limited gov't.
