Wednesday links...

Here are some great links to check out this Wednesday evening...

  • State employee salary database: The Lexington Herald-Leader has made available a Kentucky state employee salary database on their website.  You can view it here. This is a great step toward enabling citizens to keep track of government spending and providing transparency!  Job well done, Herald-Leader!
  • Social Security ponzi scheme: Russ Roberts of Cafehayek.com discusses his take on social security and how he believes it is essentially structured as a ponzi scheme.
  • Closing in on 1,000,000!: Yes that's right, FreedomKentucky.org is about to begin the homestretch and head toward one million views.  We are excited that our collaborative transparency site is going to reach this milestone.  You can help in the effort by browsing over and taking a look for yourself!
