C.S. Lewis once said, “Of all tyrannies, a tyranny exercised for the good of its victim may be the most oppressive.” This warning should be heeded in Kentucky communities where unelected health nannies are running roughshod over private property rights of business owners.

Jim Waters provides such a great analysis here. Government is best when it governs least!
Make smoking illegal across the nation or make eating whatever illegal across the nation. If you don't make it illegal, then stay of the way.
People have a choice on what to eat, where to eat and how to eat.
Businesses have a choice on what to serve, where to serve it and how to serve it.
Same for smoking.
Apathy will kill us all because there will be no check/balance on these mindless, self-serving bureaucrats.
Let each person would take accountability for his/her own actions including reaping the rewards or suffering the consequences.
