Education task force's report: Nothing but a bunch of mumbo jumbo

The much-ballyhooed report from Gov. Steve Beshear's education task force fizzled like a popped balloon. ''Breaking New Ground'' was really full of the same ol' mumbo jumbo, concerned more about pleasing all education stakeholders and quieting Kentuckians who are discontented with plummeting test scores and graduation rates.
