Indeed. The unfortunate truth is that in many cases we have more than 25% of our students failing in Kentucky schools.
You're right! And perhaps even worse, at least in some cases, we don't even know how many students are failing/dropping out. You can pretty well count on the fact that the rosy assessment offered by Frankfort's bureaucrats do not begin to paint the real picture of failure.
