Lloyd Marcus is a dunderheaded as you about the Constitution and American values.
Calling the Obama stimulus plan "a socialistic scheme" exposes him to same same ignorance about our founders and American values as you are.
If Marcus knew anything about American values and taxation, he'd be advocating Alexander Hamilton's proportional tax. Proportional taxation is the only way that a tax system can be fair. In Federalist Paper 12, Hamilton wrote:
The ability of a country to pay taxes must always be proportioned, in a great degree, to the quantity of money in circulation, and to the celerity with which it circulates. Commerce, contributing to both these objects, must of necessity render the payment of taxes easier, and facilitate the requisite supplies to the treasury.
By the way, we did "vote out those clowns who don't love the USA." Bush & Cheney were voted out and their surrogates, McCain (R-AZ) and Palin (R-AK), were defeated.
Why? Because it was apparent that Americans recognized that the Republicans were attacking the Constitution, and were trying to replace it with the conservative principles of feudalism. No wonder John Stuart Mill wrote of conservatives:
Conservatives are not necessarily stupid, but most stupid people are conservatives.
Apparently Leland Conway and WLAP don't know anymore about American ideals and values than you do. Have they got their heads stuck in feudalism's past like you?
