Now the feds want to control the Kentucky National Guard

On Jan. 11 President Obama signed Executive Order 13528 establishing the "Council of Governors" to set the foundation for a“cooperative partnership” between the federal government and states.

One direct result of this new "council" will be to provide the federal government more control of state National Guards, allowing the president to synchronize and integrate federal military operations within the United States. The total disregard for the Posse Comitatus Act within this order is one more erosion of restrictions against the use of the military for law enforcement.

Heard anything about the Kentucky National Guard falling under federal control? Hmmm.

The Tenth Amendment Center has an article titled “Obama Asks Governors to Commit Sovereignty Suicide” by Lawrence A. Hunter, Ph.D., Senior Fellow at Americans for Prosperity and the Institute for Policy Innovation.

Heard any concerns from Governor Beshear? Do you still wonder why Kentucky Tenth Amendment action is needed?

Just remember how many times President Obama classifies things as an 'emergency'. Everything is an emergency to him. That is really scary.

What's going on?

It's frightening. Quite frankly, there is so much going on right now in the political realm that I'm not sure most American's can truly digest the gravity of this.
