You’re up to your usual tricks of deceiving readers to advance your Ayn Rand atheistic ideology that government and state should be separate and that selfishness is a virtue.
Those values are at odds with the Abrahamic covenant and its main theme that it in our mutual interest to work for the good of all, or the common good. This is the value that underlies the Constitution, which value you reject.
Also, Alexander Hamilton and James Madison wrote that if men were angels there would be no need of government. (Federalist Paper 51)
